A no-fail cookie that can be rolled out to many different thicknesses. The thicker the cookie, the softer it will tend to stay. I’ve heard putting the warm cookie into an airtight container/Tupperware until it cools, is another way to keep these cookies super soft and smooth. Use royal icing to decorate.
